A Partying We Will Go!

This is another of those pesky posts that have taken an inordinate amount of time to actually get written. I had hoped to publish several scintillating stories during this week, each more splendid than the previous one, in order to tempt all and sundry to head for the hills and visit Heavenly Beverley this weekend.

Because today happens to be the pinnacle of our year. Today is our East End Gallery's sixth birthday party, our Famous Sausage Sizzle and a special guest appearance by Santa and Missus Claus. Our final evening event for 2020 will rock on after dark, with our very own East End Musos all champing at the bit to dust off their instruments, test their vocal chords and join us for a rip-roaring Jam Session to celebrate the back of 2020!

Plus the East End Gallery is bulging at the seams with Christmas goodies for all tastes and all budgets...

So if you are at a loose end this weekend or for anybody new to our dazzling parties in the Gallery, here is a rundown of today's programme -

• the East End Gallery will be open from eleven o'clock as per usual with coffee, tea and sweet treats
• all labelled and wrapped presents for that special someone to be delivered to the Gallery by 4.30 pm
• Santa and Missus Claus in da house from 5 pm
• Michael's performance on the BBQ to prepare the sausages for the sizzle to begin at 5.30 pm
• East End Musos will begin a fabulous evening of entertainment from 6.30 pm (or thereabouts)
• The Gallery will close eventually at some stage during the night!
